Exchanges

 
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. During our popular gifting times of the year, namely Father's Day and Christmas, we will extend the return time to 45 days.To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • uncut / not sized
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging
Please note, for belts that have been cut to size, there will be a 15% restocking fee. We only do this because it is more difficult to resell shorter belts through our website since we advertise all or our straps up to a 50" waist size.
Similar to returns, you have 30 days to make an exchange if you are unsatisfied with the style or color of belt that you purchased (45 days for holidays). We want you to love what you're wearing so we will help you make that switch.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
  • uncut / not sized
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging
There will also be a 15% restocking fee for belts that have been cut to size.

To further help you feel more confident in purchasing from us, we will take on the responsibility of shipping costs if you decide to return your item. A return shipping label will be sent to the email provided by you and you will just need to print it out and package up your items in a way that they will be protected during transportation. Once we receive your item(s) and the return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment for the full amount (less any restocking fees for cut/sized belts) and notify you.
